The CURV 500® Entertainer Set consists of a powerful 10" bass-reflex loaded subwoofer and an easily configurable line array system with four satellites. With 1000 watts of effective power and a maximum sound pressure level of 128 dB SPL, this system is ideal for small shows, conferences, meetings, etc. The CURV 500® is a compact, easy-to-transport line array system, consisting of 4 nested satellites that are locked together using the SmartLink® adapter. The satellites measure just 12 x 12 cm and feature LD Systems' exclusive WaveAhead® technology. A 4" (100mm) midrange driver and three 1" (25mm) tweeters ensure a coherent and extremely detailed reproduction, with a high sound level and wide dynamic range. The 10" bass-reflex subwoofer houses a Class D amplifier and provides limiter, short-circuit, overheating and overload protection. There's also a 4-channel mixer with 16 digital effects presets and a Bluetooth® receiver. Combo and speakON-compatible connectors offer extensive connection possibilities; the subwoofer also features four digital system presets, an M20 threaded socket and three ergonomic carrying handles. The Entertainer-Set configuration is used for stereo PA applications, managing up to 8 Array satellites in total (i.e. a maximum of 4 per side). This variant is more suited to speech applications, where the low register is of less importance. Speakers and moderators will appreciate its clarity, transparency and other qualities typical of Array systems. The CURV 500® Entertainer Set includes a subwoofer with integrated mixer and four satellites with SmartLink® adaptor, coupling bar and speaker cables.
